C-Consulting’s business concept is to build quality of life for individuals. C-Consulting offers you coaching and consultancy services covering management training, group processes, conflict management and cultural diversity. C-Consulting also offers language training in Swedish and Danish.

We work for you and will meet with you at your offices – or as most convenient.

Who is C-Consulting:

In early 2008, I, Charlotte Gustavsson, started C-Consulting. I hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Science and I am a Certified Coach, according to ICC standards, and ICC Team Coach (see link below for more information on ICC). I have lengthy experience with life, career and team coaching and I am a member of ICC and ICF Nordic.

I also have had many years experience training people in different areas throughout my career. Besides my occupation with my own company, I have also been employed as a high school teacher and mentor in Malmö. When needed, I can turn to a wide network of skilled partners.

I began my career as a flight attendant at SAS. Within the airline industry, I later became responsible for the training of flight personnel  – i.e. flight attendants and pilots - focusing on communication, teambuilding, conflict management and customer service. As such, I have a long management record within the SAS Group.
